Brought my car in at the appointment time for a remote car start and a buff out of scratch. Was very specific with technician that I need car back by 3 pm or I needed to make other arrangements to get to work. Called store at 2:15 to check on progress was put on hold for 6 minutes and then told that it would be ready by 3 pm. Went at 3:20 to pick car up and girl at front checked on it and said it would not be ready till 6. Horrible customer service got my windows tinted and started to peel off the rear, they replaced it and while doing that ripped my rear defroster and now they don't work, they refused to fix it, this place is a joke

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Warning for those who come here for window tint. You are taking a risk of them ruining your rear window defrost system and anything else they touch. They have damaged my defrost in my back window when removing messed up tint that they originally installed incorrectly

Called today to find out what time my appointment is for Wednesday because I can't leave the car. This is for my first annual inspection to keep the warranty active. Was told 9am, then she told me it would take 6 hours! That is totally ridiculous, its a 30 minute process at best. I don't have that time to waste. The warranty is not worth a six hour wait.

Outstanding customer service. They did a great job on the undercoating and the ceramic paint and wrap. I would highly recommend this to everyone. If you’re thinking about doing those make sure you go here

The manager at the greenwood location is a total douche bag so disrespectful he acted like he was going to fight my fiancé bc he came in an complained about his window tinting job they did.. my fiancé took the day off work to take his truck there to have his windows tented and he brought it home and immediately noticed some issues mind you this place is supposed to be a professional place to take your vehicle to have this service done and he asked the guy to fix his tent on his windows and he was interested in getting the wa... read more
