I own a Ford Focus Wagon 2003 and it is rusted quite a bit on its underside. I brought the vehicle to Vince and told him I only intend to drive the car for about another year. Vince said that it wasn't worth doing the job and that it would be an expense that I could put toward a newer car. I appreciate Ziebart's candor and good advice. They didn't agreed to doing a job that wasn't really needed. They're tops!!
I wish I had seen the reviews on this page BEFORE I took my truck to Ziebart (Warsaw location) as Andrew's story is very similar to mine. My truck was immaculate when dropped off and a disaster that took 10 hours to clean up when we got it back. And...there were multiple areas that were missed in the undercoating process and required us to finish the job. What do you get when you purchase rust protection from Ziebart. Rust unless you purchase an additional warranty. Never heard of this practice, well it was for only a 6 month period, How convenient is that! The owner offered to refund my original purchase price. Its cheaper than covering the damage from the rust on a protected vehicle. Stay away from this busines.
The worst customer service.. Had to call them 2 times to confirm something. And after driving an hr and voicing my dissatisfaction the mgr. Walked away from me...never see again
Great guys, sometime hard to reach by phone.. But did a great job detailing my truck and sealing paint with Dimond gloss.. I will be back !! Ace
I have been a customer at Ziebart for several years. They are awesome. Staff have always been knowledgable and professional. They have excellent products and service. I highly recommend Ziebart!
Well it has been one year since I have My rust protection done in Warsaw IN. Please note this is about Warsaw Zeibart not Zeibart as a corporation. Here is my story or nightmare I had in Warsaw Zeibart. Dropped my truck 2015 Duramax LTZ for them perform the Rust Protection program. That was about the only thing that went right. Not sure why I'm seeing reviews consistent with mine, but I have a Silverado and had the entire bed Rhino Guarded from Vince and Ziebart in Dearborn. The did a PERFECT job. Everything was covered, thick, and even, and they toko the time to take out screws and re-install after applying! Later, my tailgate was stolen at work. I got a new one thru insurance, so took it back to Ziebart in Dearborn to get the Rhino Guard applied and match the rest of the bed. Again, they did a perfect job! Have had other cars undercoated and was very satisfied with the work and done in one day. Michael Hritsko is very pleasant and answered all my question with satisfaction. I would recommend their product to everyone.
