worst experience ever. we bought a truck in 2009, ziebart undercoat EVERY year. waxed monthly. no driving it in the winter. rust came on the back fenders! ziebart will not cover the damage. they said it was all our fault. it was considered surface rust. body shop showed rust from the inside out. that is not surface rust. sorry ziebart, we will not suggest you to any members of our family or any of our friends to you.. ever! very disappointing!
Complete Detailing was great, vehicle hasn't been this clean since it was new! Fantastic job, highly recommend!!
Only concern is when you are paying them Their technicians Do NOT carefully inspect the frame before they respray the undercoating. FOUR major spots on the frame were rusted thru and the vehicle was taken back every year as you have to. So not only do you pay a premium price for the package, you have to pay $200 every year after that .... they only want your money and have no concern for your vehicle or safety
