I talked to Marcus at Lyell avenue Ziebart about making an appointment for my annual undercoating. After dropping the car off I received a call from Marcus asking if I would like to have work done on the scratches and paint protection. I was thinking about doing that in a couple of months. Not only did Marcus save me money he saved me another trip. The car looks as good as it did the day I bought it. Thank you Marcus and special thanks to those who did a fantastic job.
I was in the Lyell Ave store and spoke with Marcus for some work I wanted to get a quote on. He was very helpful and patient. Marcus was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I left feeling good about the service I got at his store. Marcus went above abs beyond to answer all the questions I had.

i went into ziebart for my yearly maintenance and was concerned about chips and scratches in my car paint. marcus , not only showed me how to not get any more scratches or chips, but he even paid for my touch up paint to repair the existing chips. i would highly recommend asking for, and dealing with marcus at the lyell ave ziebart. thank you for being so professional marcus.

I LOVE this place!! Had my car detailed and it came out beautiful! I worked with Brenden Ramsdell. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly!! I would and have recommended Ziebarts!
If you want employees of Ziebart to take your car around for joy rides around their building, breaking the tires loose then this is your GO TO SPOT! Took my car in for renewal, after I got it back, went through the dash cam footage to find out the employee was revving the engine for no reason, when moving the car the driver was breaking the tires loose. My wife's remote starter failed after just under a year. I called Mike and he said to bring it by. I did an hour later and he was able to fix it by inputting some remote codes. While there I asked him to put new batteries in both fobs. He did. He would not take any money for it. Great service!
Terrible and unprofessional I had an 1130 appointment I dropped my car off at 10 o’clock they called me at 3:30 and said my car was done I got there at 3:45 they had not even started my car then they lied to me told me I would have to wait till 5 o’clock no one had even started on my car didn’t give me a discount I had to wait till 530 and tell my car was done they totally suck
