Horrible customer service with any complaints on the service received. They ignore you and hope you go away. They will not take any responsibility for any poor service you receive, they ruined my seats with poor application of the treatment and just denied it when I picked up my vehicle. Stay away from this business!!!
My van door worked perfect before Ziebart worked on it! Door automatic lock was off and my passenger sliding door was broken. I most recently went to ziebart on Hiawatha Blvd. Worked with Jen and Brian. Both were most courteous and efficiently took care of my financing needs. I was given a great offer with this business and hope to be doing further business with them.
poor service , poor communication
I take both of my vehicles to the muncie store. I have the package I bought with my car but when I want the inside done it’s over 200 dollars I wish it want so high to get this service. Make it more affordable especially for reoccurring customers that are dedicated to ziebart for as many years as we have been doing ziebart. I get the coupons but always told I can’t use them because I’m already getting a deal🤷♀️

We bought a used vehicle and we are now the the 2nd owner. The Zeibart warranty is transferable to the second owner. I called the location after our purchase, gave them the VIN and other information and was informed by Mike, that we were covered. We had the vehicle's annual service done within 60 days of purchase from a local Ford dealer. Ziebart is a great place to go. Kevin is a new guy there at the front office, he is doing a fantastic job. Jeff treats him bad by pointing out negative things instead of explaining to him what to do. My husband and I feel sorry for him to be getting yelled at this way. This is ziebart in muncie. Kevin is good guy.
Hats off to Ron, Matt, and team. In the last 2 months I have had undercoating, detailing, tinting, running boards, and a truck bed cover installed and have nothing but good to say about this location. They are knowledgeable and bend over backwards helpful. It's nice to find a place like this that makes the customer feel comfortable.
