Just had my 1st annual reapplication for the under coating and diamond gloss. My wife's vehicle we also bring here and after we get hers back i've looked underneath to see ne black sprayed application. My vehicle was not touched. When I bought the vehicle I spent $2000 on the rust proofing treatment yearly and the diamond gloss. I guess I paid for 10 car washes (1 a year for 10 years) for $2000. Thinking I got robbed.
Tarah richter was extremely helpful with my partners appointment for having their car detailed and exuded amazing customer service. I am observant when it comes to customer service and on the occasion I I see exceptional employees I am sure to ensure their management so they're cognizant of what an asset they are to the company!
My experience was good. I was in for a 1 yr follow up on rustproofing. Dan was very knowledgeable and explained all the different options now being offered by Ziebart. My vehicle was ready when promised. I would recommend this location .
Dan Fahy gave exceptional customer service!! He listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations. He was professional, friendly and produced what he promised. He looked over my car carefully after I had the Platinum care treatment and it looked beautiful. He also shared important information for future services included, so I would continue to get the most out of my purchase. We need more people like Dan Fahy!
We dealt with Dan Fahy at Canandaigua store. Couldn’t be more pleased. Upon completion of the job he walked us around vehicle. Pointing out features of the service. When we got to front there were grass clippings from lawn service. He immediately went inside, returned and wiped down front of vehicle. Will recommend this store and personnel to anyone.

I'll give them a five. I called and asked too have my name removed from further warranty notifications because I missed the deadline on my Ford van, my fault. Connor allowed me too have the yearly undercoating inspection done regardless with no problem or additional cost, can't beat that. I was pitched some nice deals on further work but turned them all down. Connor was very professional about it. My projected waiting time was 2-4 hours, got it back in less than 3.
