I had such a wonderful experience today. They were very informative about what they were doing to my car. They fixed a scratch on my car and looks brand new. I'm so pleased and looking forward to coming back.
The manager at the greenwood location is a total douche bag so disrespectful he acted like he was going to fight my fiancé bc he came in an complained about his window tinting job they did.. my fiancé took the day off work to take his truck there to have his windows tented and he brought it home and immediately noticed some issues mind you this place is supposed to be a professional place to take your vehicle to have this service done and he asked the guy to fix his tent on his windows and he was interested in getting the wa... read more

RecommendedVery professional and a great value. Been getting my F150 serviced for 6yrs, Looks like new. Any one getting a new car or PU needs to invest in Ziebart if you plan keeping it any length of time. Will definitely increase resale value.

They did an outstanding job on the treatment of my truck. Clientele was very professional and courteous and friendly atmosphere overall. Free coffee and magazines for customers. Nice visit.

Ziebart in Greenwood treated me with the upmost professionalism and installed the parts that I ordered in a super amount of time. I was very happy with the service and will continue to use them, and highly suggest their service.
I would never recommend that anyone take their car/truck here for service. They did a terrible job of detailing my truck especially for the amount of money I gave them. 👎
I wanted to thank Sarah for her expertise help on getting my remote start fob replaced. She was very pleasant , kind and courteous. She went out of her way also on helping me find a place to have my keys re-cut. I will definitely refer my friends and family to the Ziebart in Greenwood
