Dr always responds to my calls for information and help. She listens to what I'm sharing about my condition.
Only go to her for your mild GYN symptoms, nothing major. Many years ago, I made an appointment because I thought I had a UTI..I was swelling up. She gave me light therapy, when, in fact, my kidneys had failed completely. I found that out once I went to the hospital with 50 lbs of fluid on my body. Recognizing kidney failure (my breath was uremic, I was full of fluid) is probably a 3rd year med school ability that she was unable to execute. She's very nice, but keep it simple.
As we moved, have not been to Dr. Berger in quite some time. She is one of the most knowledgeable Dr's I have ever been to in my 77 years. She prescribed compounded natural HRT for me, plus made other outstanding suggestions. Among these were COQ10, melatonin for help with sleeping, and others. I would highly recommend her to anyone, and have.
