We called and had a reservation at 7 today. When we arrived they told us we were not on the list. they forgot to write it down. Very disappointing!

I called in a carryout order around lunch time on May 9th and was very pleased with the customer service. The woman who answered the phone was friendly, professional, and efficient. When I walked in to pick up my order, she continued to be friendly and helpful. My order was correct, and it was ready on time. I like to give credit where credit is due, and this was the best customer service I have received in a while from a restaurant. It's clear the woman working takes pride in her job. Thank you!
Wow! Amazing! Jessica was our server so impressive and tentative!! Food was amazing!! Shannon was the manger very professional and kind! We will be back!!
The wait staff are always good and friendly. I have always said their food is what I would expect to get in Italy. Never disappointing. Don't forget their bread sticks!
