ZIAMOND IS THE BEST! I have had 2 experiences with their rings, an Eternity band and a 3 stone ring. My first awesome experience was a cleaning issue with my 3 stone ring that must have had some kind of grease under the main stone that casted a shadow. I could not get it cleaned and it was very visible to me atleast. This happened years ago. I called them..they immediately sent me the info to take care of the problem and what to do.
