Ashley and Maria were amazing to work with! They made the whole leasing process super easy and stress-free. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to respond and always super helpful and friendly. You can tell they really care about the people they are helping. I felt comfortable and taken care of the whole time. By far the worst place to live over charged for rent charged late fees due to there app not working found home less ppl digging in my trash sleeping in alley wen I reached out to management with hopes of security looking into i was told wen moving in due to the high crime n drug activity on our actual street we would have security well we do not maria sent maitince they false advertised the amount of rent on the site I now pay 500 more than what the website shown I leave reviews on the site they delete my reviews definitely ... read more
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had renting. They are incompetent and inconsistent with being responsive to questions and concerns.
The area around the property has become terrible. The amount of homeless people in the surrounding has dramatically increased over the past few months. It no longer feels like a safe area to live in. The amount of times we have caught someone trying to breaking into everyone's vehicles is exhausting. There are new property owners who are impossible to get ahold of and are no help when you finally reach them. Horrible, unresponsive management. Despite what we were told, our unit was definitely not ready to move into - broken exhaust fan in the bathroom, broken ice maker, missing screens, dead tree in the back yard, burned out light bulbs with dead bugs in the covers, filthy, greasy return air vent, gouges in the drywall - a total of about 20 problems.
