I lived at Zia Homes for the past year and really enjoyed my time there. It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood and the location was super convenient, with grocery stores, coffee shops, gas stations, and pretty much everything I needed close by. As a busy mom, having everything nearby definitely made life a little easier! Maria was always very helpful and available whenever I needed anything, and Efrain was always kind, polite, and helpful whenever he came by for maintenance. I really havent had any problems and I have been here for over a year now. The area is ok but the units are really nice for the price. Maintenance was a little slow but not unreasonably so. I plan to stay here longer and will update my review as time goes on. I would give it 4.5 if I had the option. Just a few things could be improved
We have been here going on 2 years. We love the quietness and every thing is so close to eat and shop. The only thing we need is to see if we can get someone to add more rocks to back yard. Maintenance man is awesome as well.
We have been trying to contact management, and even just get a call back, for weeks to try to resolve our cockroach infestation and broken appliances. No matter how many calls and emails sent, nobody will return our calls or email a response. In addition to the cockroach infestation and broken appliances, it is an unsafe area. I had my car antenna stolen and used to break into my vehicle, our trashcan was stolen and still hasn't been replaced by management, our Ring doorbell was stolen, and homeless people are always at the ... read more
