We have been here going on 2 years. We love the quietness and every thing is so close to eat and shop. The only thing we need is to see if we can get someone to add more rocks to back yard. Maintenance man is awesome as well.
We have been trying to contact management, and even just get a call back, for weeks to try to resolve our cockroach infestation and broken appliances. No matter how many calls and emails sent, nobody will return our calls or email a response. In addition to the cockroach infestation and broken appliances, it is an unsafe area. Edit to add: we asked them to fix things, we asked to be let of the lease because of the roaches and the broken appliances and they were not willing to work with us at all. Our unit was infested with roaches and none of the appliances worked well. Very hard to get a hold of management (they don't check email and rarely answer the phone). They kept saying they would send out pest control only for the vendor to never show it show up hour late when we told them we wouldn't be there. Also very unsafe area. By far the worst place to live over charged for rent charged late fees due to there app not working found home less ppl digging in my trash sleeping in alley wen I reached out to management with hopes of security looking into i was told wen moving in due to the high crime n drug activity on our actual street we would have security well we do not maria sent maitince they false advertised the amount of rent on the site I now pay 500 more than what the website shown I leave reviews on the site they delete my reviews definitely ... read more
