This is my one year update for my Zia metal roof. I must say that the new roof exceeded my expectations especially when it came to my first summer heat. I don’t use my swamp cooler and yet my home stayed cooler than usual. It’s like the metal roof tightened up the entire house making it a bit quieter. The metal roof definitely handles the wind better. I wish I would’ve done this 20 years ago.
