However ZIA realty group and management Jennifer Heineman ignore maintenance issues of health code concerns, repairs to doors wondow blinds, microwave, mirrors broken ignored for months. For a property management company I would definitely look elsewhere. We have had three opportunities to experience their negligence within the last 4 months or so. One was maintenance of the furnace. They called and scheduled an appoint and never showed. The second was the garbage disposal went out. It took 2 men, 3 days, numerous visits and youtube in order to get it replaced.
