I’m a local realtor but I’m also an investor and own multiple properties so having a great local plumber available for our needs is a huge blessing. Zia plumbing is quick, affordable, and reliable. Since we are landlords, anytime a problem arises with any of our properties we have to make sure it gets taken care of in a timely manner and Zia Plumbing has come through for us immediately when we call. A big shout out to Zia Plumbing LLC for coming out when we were in a situation with no gas to our furnace and the freeze warning was just a day away. They immediately arrived at my home to look at the issue. They explained to me in detail about the work that was going to be done. They clearly prioritized getting the job done before the temperatures fell. I appreciate their professionalism and for going above and beyond to ensure my home was safe. We had to have a hot water valve replaced under the sink. Mr. Elam made sure everything was completed before leaving. He let me know what he was doing to replace the valve and made sure there were no leaks. He was very professional and polite to my wife and I. Upon the completion of the job, he made sure everything was all picked and cleaned. Furthermore the cost of the job was very reasonable for our budget. We would highly recommend Zia Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
