I was not impressed with this casino 7 out of every 20 machines are down or simply need a attendant to add paper or tilt issue. The staff was unfriendly and escorted me out for not furnishing id when asked when i exited the restroom. Prior to that i played about 6 slot games over a 2 hour period i cashed out & before my drive back to Lubbock. The staff needs customer service training, refresher on policy and procedures.

Wasn’t a fan. Was told to get My Choice card to earn points to earn free stuff with my purchase. Was also told that I would get $5 free play for joining. I Didn’t get any free play point and after I spent $200 does my card does not have any reward point on it. Very disappointed
