Very clean hotel....... I love every things I saw there
Went three nights in a row. Waited over an hour for a waitress. STILL didn’t get one until i had to complain about it to the managers. Also had people waving down waitresses. What kind of place makes you beg for service. It’s ridiculous. They either need to re train or re staff.

It's gross. It's dirty restrooms are so gross and dirty ..trash/toilet paper everywhere 90% of the slot machines are old..need up date them all. In the game room all dirty and filthy NEVER AGAIN..UGH!!!! I HAD BEEN THERE ONCE BEFORE DURING RENOVATION, AND WELL WE THOUGH IT WAS GONNA BE ALL NICE AND CLEAN AT LEAST UPDATED AND HELL NO..IT WAS WORSE. We had a great time, actually won some money! My problem is there is Not a non-smoking section. We would have probably lost the money we won, if we could breath, but had to leave.
Our room was beautiful as always and was clean as always. The desk staff were prompt and courteous. We usually have a great time "donating" yet rarely winning within your casino, however, we were disappointed with how things were handled during the power outtage last night. Is there no contingency plan for such occurrences? We never eat at the steakhouse anymore, either... after I got food poisoning from eating chicken fried steak there.
