First and foremost, Zia Homes buys their ratings in exchange for credit toward upgrades in the homes. I’m sure none of them are authentic especially seeing first hand the professionalism my wife and I have received through this company. Back in August 2020, we were purchasing a home and was told our home would be available around February time frame. The time kept being pushed back and pushed back. When I saw the home that Zia is building for my daughter’s family I was very impressed. It has the classy upgrades that she likes with the family/pet friendly nooks. I think the family will love it and the guest space will be beautiful.
