Where do I begin? Zhou comes off arrogant. She doesn't really care about the patients' experience, which explains why so many others on different websites gave her bad reviews. Zhou & her office don't communicate well, act distant, & give low quality service. Originally, when I first set the appointment, I booked a different doctor for back-up. I'm glad I had the back-up. Worst doctor you can get. She's so unprofessional and impatient. Her staffs, the nurses are so rude... So impolite. My entire experience was so bad. I request for a refund because she made an unprofessional mistake and she did not show any apology. I can't put my loved child in her hand. She told me and my mom to leave her office because she can't explain to us how she made such mistakes. I went to her for annual check including map smear. During checking, I only ask her three questions since she is asking me questions for checking purpose. Finally I have to pay the copay for the special office visit. I told my insurance, I came just for annual checking; I need not pay for the office visit copay. My insurance rep. called them to verify the situation. This Dr. is afraid to answer the call. Her assistant is very rude. They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
