Staff very nice, Dr. Zhou excellent at administering injections - very ventle, and quick.
Dr. Zhou is personable and gives freely of his time to discuss my pain. I've been a patient for over 10 years and highly recommend him. He is gentle and caring.
This the most low-life medical practice I have ever encountered in my over 6 decades. My wife has been a regular patient of this place for several years now. She always makes her appointments and calls in plenty of time to cancel if necessary. However, she had an appointment recently in the 9:00 to 9:45 timeframe, but had to cancel because she was violently sick from chemotherapy. Have been seeing Dr. Zhou for 10 years. He has treated my back pain very successfully using RFA.I only need to have a treatment about every 2 years. Pain free otherwise.
I have been treated by Dr. Zhou since 2016, he is the best pain doctor i'v ever seen. Always careful &patient, working in a professional manner at all times.

I’ve been going to him for years and these reviews are harsh he’s the caring doctor I’ve ever met. He even ask about my family and so does his staff. No doctors appointments have short wait times however I rarely wait no longer than 10 minutes. Everyone is always very polite and sweet.Just remember sometimes we all have bad days. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a good caring doctor that takes his time and gets to know what you need to help with your individual situation
First of all, the office manager is impatient, disrespectful, rude, & unprofessional. I have seen/heard her yell at clients & even slam the door. My husband was recently denied having his pain pump refilled. This led to him going into drug withdrawal & ending up in the ER/hospital for 3 nights. The appointment was canceled the very morning he was scheduled to have it refilled. According to the office, he had no insurance. No true! He had not yet received the card for his new coverage. I came in for a visit for the first time and they wouldn't accept my insurance even though I spoked with someone who works there and told me they did. The wife's owner was the person who told me that, she then proceeded to give me attitude and was very disrespectful and unprofessional. She over charged me for some things I didn't even get down. The people there don't care about their clients, they just care about money.
