I was worried about seeing this doctor after reading some of his reviews. After having an appointment with Dr. Li for my tremors and jerks, I can see why others might be upset if they go in thinking they can get certain prescriptions from him. He took the time to listen to my concerns when I brought them up, give feedback on the medications I'm taking, and ordered the correct tests to cover all of our bases. Thank you, Dr. Li.
Zero Stars. This review is ONLY for Dr. Zhongzeng Li only, NOT for any branch of Providence as they are usually a very good organization and I hold all their other doctors, nurses, and receptionists in high regard. With that said, I am very shocked at the abysmal treatment I received from Dr. Li on 12/10/24. He spent less than 5 minutes with me and refused to listen to a word I said. Parent is an elderly Alzheimers patient. Dr. Li does not listen, will skip entire sections of cognitive testing yet grades the skipped sections as perfect scores, and pushes you out for the next appointment. Will no longer take parent there as it's a complete waste of time and a money grab by the doctor.
