I've been going to Dr. Chen for over 5 years now. I would concur with the last person that he is all business, but that does not make him a bad doctor. His personality is more doctor-to-patient than to-friend. However, he takes pains to ensure I get the exact dose of medicine I need, a task that other doctors didn't take as seriously as Dr. Chen, hence my doses were always a bit "off." Absolutely the worst Dr. I have ever been to - very cold, unfriendly and abrupt. Average wait time is over an hour. Some of the office workers (not all) are inefficient and have made mistakes regarding my health history on my chart, requiring multiple calls to correct.
