Sorry, sad, pathetic, excuse for a "doctor" and staff. Rude, not helpful at all and even joked about the issues that needed to be addressed professionally. Don't waste your time going here it's not worth even a second. I'm serious, don't go here.
Dr. Wan's staff and nurses refuse to return phone calls. They were to call me back today. They did not. They are liars. They make excuses. I will never recommend him or his staff to friends or family. After living in Artesia for over 50 years, I've never been treated with such indifference.
I am so disappointed !!! After coming to Dr Wan for 6months I kept requesting for an MRI because the horrible pain in my knee didn’t feel right. He denied it !! I got another opinion and sure enough I had a torn meniscus. I will never understand why doctors feel the need to totally ignore the patient. We know our body and I don’t how it would have affected him to have ordered one. Many painful months due to a doctor that felt the need to IGNORE me.
