Dr Lou didn’t listen to me at all and she took it upon herself to change my chart and list allergies to medication that aren’t true.I’ve repeatedly went on my chart and asked for it to be changed and my requests are ignored.I will be seeking a new provider that listens to me and truly understands my needs or even cares for that matter.On a scale of 0 to 10 i am compelled to give her a negative 10.Rushed and didn’t listen to me and made my life a complete mess
