Loved Dr Zhao. His wife the office manager is the rudest person ever. She lied about what I said to her on the phone regarding some medication my son needed refilling. Also hung up on me when I was on the phone with her. Stated what she was doing was office policy. I asked to see the office policies regarding medication refills and was told it's whatever Dr says should be done. Sounds sketchy. No person should be denied established meds without an appointment.
