Issue with the treadmill belt folded over. He was the one who came to assembled it 2 yrs ago. I did call Proform which put me on hold forever, also unable get human on online chat. So I decided to call Ovidio, thank god - he came in timely fashion, on time, mask-on. it got fixed in 10 mins!! He is handy man who could clean the window, pressure washing. We'll use him again.
Met with Ovidio and hired him to assemble a large piece of exercise equipment. He was very polite, professional and did a great job. Soon after, hired him again to dissemble a piece of equipment, move it outside our home and then reassemble. Again, a great job was completed. Will hire him again soon for long overdue window cleaning. Follow-up: Recently hired Ovi to clean over 30 residential windows some which were over 30 feet high. He and team did an outstanding job and all our windows look great and we can now see clearly ... read more
