Terrible Service Went there during my lunch break with an appointment mind you. They were nearly a half hour late and very rude about it especially their desk help. When I finally got seated they made me feel like I was the one inconvenience to them. NO - there wasn't any drink offered or anything to make my visit special. The last comment is likely one of their workers, family members or friends. In fact, it was outright rude and unprofessional - it was also THE WORST haircut ever!! There are better offerings in Chicago.
STAY AWAY UNLESS U WANT TO BE CUT AND TREATED BADLY! RUDE SERVICE!!! First time I had my hair trimmed they charged me $25. It was OK aside from the fact that the lady doing my hair was also having her hair done at the same time. Talk about professionalism. I sent my brother there to get his haircut - HE LEFT WITH ABRASIONS THAT NEEDED A TOPICAL ANTIBIOTIC OINTMENT to his sides and back of his head from dull buzzers. Excellent service fit for a queen I was given a gift certificate for a half day of beauty by my co-workers for my birthday..i usually go to a salon closer to work so i was a little apprehensive trying something new. My experience began with smiles by all that were servicing me. I was offered a large list of refreshments one of which was champagne, no i do not think they offer it daily but there was a celebration of some sort going on and they gladly invited me along which was so nice:)! Great Color work Al the owner is the best colorist I have ever had. I moved away from the Chicago area 7 years ago and still have to go back if I want good color work. I also spend 3 or 4 months a year in Italy and can not find anyone there to compare to his work. My experiences throughout the years have always been very positive and I would recommend Al very highly. I think the people that are complaining probably complain about everything. I have gone there since the shop opened and have never had a bad experience.
