My partner spent well over $1,000 on a custom nameplate necklace for me as a Christmas gift. We selected a specific font from the store’s typography book that clearly showed a capital first letter followed by lowercase letters. I took my wedding set there to be sized and rhodium plated, plus additional 2 bands that needed no sizing to be rhodium plated as well. No longer than 2 weeks passed, a diamond came out. Took it back, they were nice to replace. Another week passed and a diamond fell out of one of the bands that only was rhodium plated. Now I’m spending 3 hours in the mall again to have a diamond put in. Now I’m upset.
