I came in today to purchase a bracelet for family member I walked in customer service was good I was talking to a gentlewomen I wasn’t looking for anything to pricey some simple classy until a very imature guy jumped into the ongoing sale being very rough and forcing the sale when I was already on a ongoing sale with the nice women I was going to buy but he messed it up by being very disrespectful but nice place nice jewelry and very organized but wish there was better customer service coming from the gentleman.
I came In to see if they could repair My ring. I was missing a diamond out of my room. Not only did they put the diamond back in my ring, But they made my ring look new again. They also fixed my chain and they did all this in one day. They did An amazing job. Unissa has outstanding Customer service please visit their store. I will be a returning customer.
The employees here are so nice. They customized both rings me and my girlfriend picked out and made sure we were 100% satisfied. The deal we got right before Christmas was too good to resist.
Unissa and Rached were soooo amazing! They helped me fix my LV earrings and re dipped them! Literally made them brand new again! Love the care that I received! Thank you guys so much!!!!
