Usually don’t post reviews, but had absolutely unprofessional interactions with Holly Pieper. Booked an appointment online, this required credit card information for fee incase of cancellation. Received a text from gloss genius and email regarding confirmation , yet it was canceled over text for not confirming 1.5 hours prior to appointment. Yikes. Worst haircut ever! I was so upset with the razor hack job. supposed to be a 1 inch trim with a few shag pieces. what i got was 3 inches off, crooked bob line, and litterally no hair left from the thinning and hacking. im so disappointed. it will take more than 6m to grow out.
Nichole is awesome! I was recommended Nichole through a co-worker of mine. Well, more like I approached a co-worker who had similar hair texture as mine and whose hair style looked cool! I have thick hair and have had a difficult time finding someone who would work with that, and what I wanted (it always gets too thick and too much, I naturally always want it thinned and lightened).
