I moved into an apartment managed at this office six months ago. I recently had an issue with a leak from the apartment above me two days before 4th of July. I was expecting it to be resolved after the holiday weekend. Zev Pollak had a plumber come to fix the issue the same day. The very next day the hole was covered up and problem solved. I truly appreciate the quick turn around time this owner showed especially on a holiday week. Great building great manager.
