I was forced to use Zeus because of my home warranty... NEVER AGAIN!! I reported an issue on a Monday and they couldn't get me scheduled to see someone until Friday. Friday rolls around and at 4:30 pm the plumber shows. He tells me I'll be rescheduled for Monday. I called the 24 hour service line Sunday night because I hadn't yet received a scheduling confirmation. Next morning (Monday... one week after my initial call) I get put on the books for Tuesday 8-5 via email. Tuesday morning comes and goes so I phoned the office.... read more
