I don't understand how an apartment complex can have no working telephone number, an office that is closed everyday of the week and no way to inquire about availability! How on earth do you ask if there are any rentals available or how much they rent for?
It's pretty nice,all new and great pge because of the solar panels. There are some times people here that want and try to get in your business and that will cause problems though from time to time that's why I give it a four star and not five.
Zettie Miller Haven is a bad place to live they're forcing me to pay $1700 that I didn't know I owed and I have to stay or they'll take me to court, I don't have anything for the rest of the month, I only get $910 a month but I have to pay $700 for next 4 months plus my original rent of $ 208 that they now changed to $298 recierec nothing about any of this until now, right when I wanted to go and move home cuz my father died and there's a pedofile that lives right above me that keeps stomping all night long, they're embezzli... read more
Some people like to have their music sooooo! Loud. This is suppose to be your home you can come home to after a long day and feel safe and relax, but the bass is so loud, they don't like to be told to turn it down. The front doors are too close, approx. 3 feet apart and you can here everything and people coming and going all night long and slam their front doors your walls shake. Also I had my car stolen by a women I know, security new high-tech cameras cameras that can see your heart pound.
