best chicken you will ever eat anywhere
This was the second time in a row my order was messed up. Both times I said no slaw and got guess what, SLAW. I was actually told SLAW what I ordered. I don’t appreciate the attitude of the employees. I have been a lifetime customer but I am considering taking my business elsewhere!!
we ordered a 4 piece chicken snack. the chicken was so salty, we couldn't eat it. I said something to our waitress, and she acted like she didn't care. I've been going there all my life and never had a bad experience until tonight. I was very disappointed in the quality, especially with the high prices. I hope this isn't a sign of the horrible changes to come. I was very disappointed with our waitresses lack of help and her attitude. hope you fix the chicken and young help.
I love the food at Zesto’s, everything has always been so good that I’ve eaten there, however the last two times the chicken was so salty I could barely eat it. I thought it was just me until I saw other people complain about it being too salty also! It hasn’t always been like that until recently. Maybe someone is over salting it, but I really hope you take this as a compliment, but a sincere complaint since it’s just been in recent months. Thank you for serving us the best fried chicken ever!
