I highly recommend the Zest Bar! This has been my go to spot for years. This is the only place I know of in SLC where you can have a healthy dinner, and then stay for dancing after! The food is beautifully done, and the drinks are out of this world! I can personally recommend the Jalapeno Margarita or the straw-bubbly lavender martinis. Both were so yummy! I always get the Stuffed Mushroom appetizer, and I never regret it.
My crew and I ate at Zest on Thursday during our layover in Salt Lake City and I will give them a great review! At first I wasn't "sure" about this place as my friend and I were asked by the "hostess" when we walked in to see our ID's� (never had that at any establishment and I'm 49 years old).
