Our group is in town for 5 days for a conference and this is the third day we have eaten here! Each time getting more people to try it. Food is phenomenal. Today they forgot to pull delivery due to being swamped and so our order went through. Then was cancelled. The delivery company wouldn't refund us for 3-5 days though so we went to the restaurant to find out what happened as it is near the conference and we were on a time crunch. Came here today for lunch and was severely disappointed. There were maybe 10 other people in the restaurant and the service was miserably slow. Apparently salsa is considered soup and the grilled cheese left much to be desired. The 18% included gratuity is in place because without it the waitstaff would never get a tip.

Hey Megan sorry about the slow service. Out of 5 years we sometime have a slow day. The salsa was a watermelon gazpacho which is a cold soup. Our food is healthier, organic and gluten free. Sorry it wasn't to your liking.
If you want awesome, plant based food, Zest is what you're looking for.
Great food! I first ate there in 2016 and would not come to Salt Lake without visiting.

This place is to die for! Hands down, it's on the list of the best vegan food I've had! Get the stuffed zucchini manicotti for dinner. Deviled avocados and vegan cheez platter are fantastic appetizers. So is the beet margarita.
