Zest is a gem! The staff is friendly, and I always stay longer because the experience is so fantastic. The entire kitchen staff is healthy and super creative — the food they create is the most delicious art. Love the new vegan sushi and rotating craft cocktails!

Amazing. Organic and Vegan. One of the best restaurants in America with that combination. Vegan food that will never make you miss eating meat!
Excellent food, beer selection (and I usually drink wine!) and the best service. I was in Salt Lake City only 3 nights and ate here twice!

Just walked in and seemed to be a complete inconvenience to every employee. Worst service I’ve experienced in Salt Lake City, let alone on a Monday night. It wasn’t too busy, you know a typical filled restaurant (in my opinion) is usually a good sign. We ended up walking out after trying to simply order a drink at the bar. Both employees wrote us off as if they were too busy to even speak to us. I’m all about good vegan food, but not about paying for rude service.

I lived my meal here! The menu is extensive and if you prefer a plant based diet, this cafe is for you. I had a wonderful lemon ginger kombucha to drink and a half a superfood aapd. The quality you get for the price is amazing! You won’t regret a meal here!
