Ordered something for overnight delivery which would given us more than enough time to get parts in for our patient. Never delivered in time. Contacted Zest the wouldn't remove the overnight cost and here we are still without our parts we needed.

I have always had excellent service with this company!
Not only is this a toxic place with unfriendly people, prices aren’t reasonable, customer service won’t pick up my calls, HR doesn’t do their job properly, and shipping department does a horrible job at packing orders! Overall a horrible place! Don’t waste your time.
