My husband and I definitely DO NOT reccomend Zerorex. Complete waste of money(not a cheap service)! We had both our couches cleaned, and they look just the same, if not worse. We paid extra to have our puppy's urine extra cleaned and instead it brought the pee to the surface, making it look like the puppy had peed again! Now we have a new urine smell and stain. The customer support was okay, but they would not pay for another round of cleaning or a refund. Money down the toilet! Should have cleaned the couches ourselves.

4 dogs on a homestead with other critter hair/fur and dirt trudged thru our house carpet. After Zerorez cleaning makes the carpets look like we were living in the city with new carpets. Well done once again!
Excellent service for scheduling always great people who have come out to clean the carpets. Our carpets look excellent. The micro seal has worked so good. We got a puppy and it prevented deep damage in the carpet pad. The micro seal was put on 2018 and the results showed this year 2020. So happy with the great service today
They are efficient and the young man who performed the duct cleaning was extreme pleasant and helpful.

We used Zerorez for the first time yesterday. We had them come to clean all our vents, returns and dryer vent. After the cleaning my husband and I noticed the difference right away! Gabe, our service guy was AWESOME! He was very professional and thorough. He wore his mask and booties the whole time and was very clean as he tackled the tasks at hand. Great job, Gabe!
