Blake was great,once again!!!It was his 2nd time here and he was polite ,professional,listened to my needs and was very efficient!
I had such a great experience with Zerorez and their team! On 8/14 Casey and Dallas came out to clean my carpets. They did a great job on the whole house and worked on two tough red stains in the basement (one small and one the size of a beach ball). When they left, everything looked good. However, once the carpet dried, I noticed the smaller stain was gone, but the larger one looked lighter yet had spread out and was even more noticeable. First time using this company and I was very satisfied with both the results of the cleaning, as well as the professionalism of the technicians that did the work. After a not-great cleaning by the last company I used, I decided to give Zerorez a try. I am very glad I did, and will definitely use them again.
