Casey was upfront about cost, timeline and arrival time. I highly recommend requesting Casey when booking with Zerorez. He made my ceramic tile look so much better than it did before he cleaned it. I of course, do not have a before photo but I do have an after.
I think they did a great job with the stains.
Blake was great- he called to let us know he was on his way, arrived on time, took time to go over all the spaces and was courteous, professional and efficient. The carpets looked great, smell clean with no weird chemical smell.
He killed a section of my flower bed with the equipment and didn't tell me about it.
