RecommendedOur technician, Lucas, did a wonderful job. Very professional, friendly and nice. Worked hard to clean every room to protection. Will certainly like to use him again next year.
I'm not truly satisfied with my service today. I have used this service in the past and was very satisfied. but today I was not. the person did not use the shoe covers like the guys in the past. he was reluctant to go over spots but eventually did. I feel like my CARPET could have been much cleaner.

I only used ZeroRez! Learned my lesson years ago, you pay for what you get. My carpets always look amazing and clean.
Zerorez of Raleigh did a fantastic job on some of the worst stains you can imagine that have accumulated for 18 years. I would recommend them over anybody I've ever used before. If they can't get the stain out, it is not coming out.
