RecommendedService tech examined carpet prior to cleaning and made recommendations. He was very courteous and did a great job cleaning my carpet.
Eric came out today to clean our carpets. He called and said he could make it to our home earlier than expected which worked for me! He was quick and professional. The carpets smelled wonderful and what a difference! Will be calling to schedule again to clean out stairs and bonus room!

Joel did a great job of explaining my options and setting up a package that covered my needs at an affordable price. He was very friendly and professional and took great care (and time) to get some very old carpets (along with a sofa and lounge chair) looking 10 times better. Between the ease of setting up the appointment, Joel showing up when promised, and the vast improvement to my carpet, I would highly recommend Zerorez.
