Jarrett was fantastic. So much so that I requested him a second time. He did wonderful work on our floors. At the start, he fully communicated the work that could be done and the cost of each option. He worked non-stop for the entire time he was at my home. I found him a few times on his hands and knees scrubbing out stains. I would definitely use them again.
This is the second time that I called Zerorez Carpet to clean my carpets and upholstery. I am again extremely pleased with the results. Jarrett was professional, polite, efficient, thorough, explained the process and how long it should take to dry. I was very disappointed with other companies I've tried. I will call on Zerorez again.

Although they were able to schedule my service quickly, and the tech was nice, I am disappointed with the quality of the service and poor customer service. I will not hire them again and will not recommend them to anyone. They quoted me $231 for 4 rooms (they were running “a special”), plus a $38 service fee, and then when they got here, the tech said I needed a $90 treatment for my stairs, so I paid that in addition to the base price. They are the best in the area. Devon did an amazing job of steam cleaning our staircase carpet area and area rugs. I would definitely use them again.
