The guys who came and did the work were extremely professional and friendly and did great work. If I was only reviewing that it be 5 stars. But the cost is straight up robbery. I was quoted $400 for my stairs, hallway, grout in my small kitchen, and couch upholstery. It ended up over $1600. Never ever again. No way.
Jay did a great job. He texted when he was en route. He looked at the high traffic areas and some hard to get to spaces. We included fiber protectant to the order then he got to work. Everything looks great.
Will and his coworker, I'm sorry but I forgot his name did an awesome job.Everything looks great and they worked really fast and got the carpet looking amazing. All in all I was a little surprised at the price for the final job I did have a hallway and stairs done, Which were an upcharge which I expected so I was expecting around $240.00 for everything. The service provided by Tracy from zerorez was absolutely incredible. He was able to remove very stubborn urine stains from multiple carpets within my home. I was absolutely blown away at how thoroughly he worked to remove the stains, annd how quickly he got the job done. This five star review is purely based off of his work and the pleasant experience of having my carpets clean again.
