Jay did a phenomenal job. He was extremely thorough and cleaned every nook and cranny and the tile and the carpet. The deep clean for the carpet brought it back to life and removed years of old dirt! The grout looks brand new, took a damp paper towel to the floor after he was done and no matter how hard I scrubbed, nothing came up. It was completely clean!!! Highly recommend!!

Thank you Zerorez for introducing me to your tech Brian. Very impressed with his work, knowledge, and most of all communication! Communication is key with any business and he kept me informed throughout the cleaning process. My carpets look good. I was curious about the tile cleaning process and Brian did a test area to show me. I was sold once I saw that and my tile floors look wonderful. Big shout out to Brian. I will be requesting him for my next cleaning.
