I have used Zero Rez for years and I’m always 100% satisfied with their service. Jason Denny was our technician today. He Listen to my concerns, addressed all my issues with the carpet, and was an absolute blast to talk to! I highly recommend Zero as they do a wonderful job, especially when you’re concerned with not using nasty chemicals. Thank you Denny!

Kris did an exceptional job! He was incredibly thorough and was able to remove spots that other cleaners couldn’t. He was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. I highly recommend both Kris and Zerorez, and I’ll definitely be referring them to friends and family.
I give the technician (Khris D) and the scheduler (Brittany) 5 stars. The company itself I would rate an average based on their rules. Minimum charge of $450.00, regardless if you do only one room. This service covered 2 small rooms and 1 large bedroom with a WIC and did a dryer vent cleaning as well within the $450 minimum price.
