Super friendly, well informed, and did a great job!
Katrina was fantastic and very professional. She warns us about the possibility of shrinkage & potential ruin for our carpet that wasn’t 100% wool. We took the risk and she did a fantastic job not only with our carpet but with our two pieces of furniture. Everything looks brand new. Earlier that morning, and a few days before every time I called To ask questions about arrival and cleaning, each and every person was extremely polite and delightful!
Caesar was our cleaning tech and he did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend. Pet safe.
