John was prompt, courteous, and effective in getting the rugs in our whole house clean. Spots came out and our really bad section looks good.

I contacted this company because it advertised ‘no residue’ left in carpets after cleaning. My previous experiences were unsatisfactory with my carpets becoming very spoiled following being cleaned. It has been three weeks now and I am VERY HAPPY with my carpets! My serviceman was very nice, prompt, and knowledgeable about carpets, too. I highly recommend!
