Royal was very friendly and did a fantastic job!
Sheamar, the Zero-rez tech assigned to us, arrived within the window, was courteous and polite, informed us of the pros and cons of biological treatment for the rugs, then got straight to work. The rugs now look great and no longer smell of funk from our aging dog. (She got a bath today too at the groomer's.) We are long-time Zero-rez customers and have always been satisfied with their service.
