Horrible business model. I was given a 6 hour window of when they “could” show up. They tried to make it better by saying that they can give us a text when they are 45 minutes out from arriving. Very difficult when you work 1 1/2 hours away. I know there are probably several things I could do to make this work, take the day off, get someone to meet them, however, it just doesn’t seem right to drastically inconvenience the customer because a company can’t give a more precise arrival time. 20 your customer treated poorly. These guys used to be great. They were bought out by their corporate office a year ago and things have gone way down Hill. They sent me the Collections despite me leaving the card information at the location being cleaned.

I used them almost a year ago. On this new request, they asked for a TIP!! I GET paying a server because their wages are terrible, but to pay 200$ for a 15 minute appt is ridiculous! When I called, they said it is 'suggested' that was very off-putting and 15 minutes to clean stairs and a big room with enzyme treatment, pretty sure I wasted that money.
