Alex of Zerorez did a fantastic job cleaning our dirty 25 year old carpets, with special attention to dingy pathways! My beige carpets change to a darker shade when wet, so I’d rather comment on how they finally look when they dry. It was an unseasonably cold day when he cleaned the carpets, so drying time will take longer. Alex called when he found out that he could come earlier and we greatly appreciated his call. Very informative and professional. I’m looking forward to seeing them dry and to a return visit
Excellent transaction! Technician, Shane, arrived 20 minutes early. He was professional and very likeable. The best part is that there was no bait & switch with my quoted pricing. The entire cleaning, including a living room, master bedroom and a long hallway, took just over an hour. Very little smell, and I was pleased with the results. See attached before and after photos. Will use this company again.
