This is Aaron’s wife and I have to say we were highly disappointed in Zerorez here in the Goodyear area. We live in CA and have used Rick with Zerorez for the past few years and he cleans our carpets, furniture and steam cleans our hardwood floors. We scheduled our appt, by phone to have the carpet and hardwood floors cleaned in a house we just purchased here in the Goodyear area. I had Zerorez come out today to clean the carpets in my former roommate's bedroom, which had some tough stains from her elderly cat and small dog.
