On Nov 10th, 2022, I had Zerorez clean my white carpets in two bedrooms. After "cleaning", less then 24 hours later the carpets turned gray. After their "cleaning", not only did none of the stains go away, (one bedroom had diet pepsi stain, the other had Orange/Yellow Gatorade/Powerade stain, which the cleaner tried to say "was animal urine", despite the cat not being allowed into that room.) the stain in the master bedroom actually grew just like the Grinchs Heart, by 3 sizes. Worst experience ever my carpet took 3 days to dry and it smell they just came and wet my carpet on top of that the guy was late
After years of using our regular guy, Zerorez was a welcome change. It was almost a HEALTHY experience. Before, I always felt like the soap or chemicals dried in the carpet, because there was this weird crispy, crunchy feeling. (And it smelled a little like orange floor disinfectant and wet dog.)
