Awesome service and quick! Definitely recommend
This is our second time to use this company and are happy with the results! Zerorez arrived will with in the timeframe given and with a 30 window text to say they are on their way. We walked through the house and talked about what was requested and everything was cleaned beautifully! I would definitely use them again!
Colby came on time and did an excellent job. I only have carpet on my stairs. Plus I have two cats and a dog. When he finished the cleaning there was no more stains or odors. I will definitely use this service again! Very happy!
I have used independent carpet cleaners in the past and nothing compares to the job that Colby did on my four rooms of carpet, sofa, and loveseat. My cream colored wool carpet was installed in 1997 and Colby has it looking like new. He is kind, courteous and explains everything about the process. Very friendly and competent - was in and out in under 30 minutes. Removed black grease stains from a cream-colored carpet. At no additional cost, he added in a quick cleaning of my carpeted stairs. I asked how to best protect these high use stairs. After a clear explanation of how dirt, sand, etc tears apart a carpet, how important regular vacuuming is, and how a protectant works, I gladly paid for that to be added. I plan to vacuum more often and get regular cleanings!
