My carpet looks and smells amazing! Zerorez did a great job. The guy did ask me to inspect the rooms after he was done with each one to make sure it was up to my standards. It was PERFECT!! I would recommend
We had 3 rooms and steps cleaned by Zerorez. This was our first time using them. They offer a deodorizer pre-treatment if needed. Their process uses no soap so this one step cleaning is quick and efficient. The carpet dried quickly and we were able to move things back within a couple hours. The tech, Donald, was personable and knowledgable. I would highly recommend Zerorez. Pricing is reasonable too!
Our technician was very nice and thorough with explaining the whole process. Unfortunately, for $400 our carpets did not come out looking much different. We were aware that not every stain would come out and that was not our expectation, but for a very steep price and to still have clear water in the machine after doing four rooms and steps, and rooms looking close to the same as before starting is very disappointing for such a high cost.
Everything was explained prior to their visit. Technician arrived on time and was professional during his time in my home. Carpets look great, and I’m pleased with the result. Would recommend!
I love Zerorez! I’ve used them several times for carpet and tile cleaning and they do such a great job. Bo has been my technician and he’s so great and finding solutions to get the hard stains out. I will always use them for my carpet and tile cleaning needs.
