I was introduced to Zerocater through their Account Executive, Shayne Wells. At first, he was polite and seemed eager to help us out. But once we started diving into dietary needs and mentioned calorie content, things got a bit tense. Love that we have an onsite contact to manage the flow. The cut-off time is a small issue. However, there are now items available for same day ordering. Our new account rep has taken the feedback and made some changes for the better.
As a vendor still in the onboarding process, there were some cut-off times due to reasons on both their side and ours. However, after hearing our concerns, they were incredibly attentive. I appreciate Vanessa Chan—she is the perfect example of what a great partnership between two businesses looks like. I'm excited to be a part of their big and professional community.
As a vendor in the trial period, my menu wasn’t live for around five months. When they finally uploaded it, they did it incorrectly and still haven’t updated it or made my restaurant live. I was working with Johnson Xiong, but he is no longer with the company. They didn’t reach out to his accounts for months, and I only found out he was gone after I contacted them. Our company uses Zerocater and it's very very meh--especially considering we live in a city with amazing food. They use a lot of managed cafés which means "Indian" food isn't actually Indian. The key give away is that EVERY salad despite cuisine type is chopped in giant pieces and served with Italian dressing.
